A look at canal front living
This month I thought I would focus on a particularly interesting sector of the market, that of canal front or canal view homes and lots. While it has been a challenge to pull useful data, according to statistics from the Cayman Islands Real Estate Brokers Association (CIREBA), there were 21 canal front/view lots sold from 1st January to 29 August 2015.
