We understand living in a healthy and safe community is important to all of the clients and customers that The Bovell Team at RE/MAX Cayman Islands serves.

With the developments of the COVID-19 virus raising levels of concern right across the country the past few weeks, it’s important that we all do our part to “Flatten the Curve” of people who could possibly get infected with the disease.

The entire Bovell Team is committed to doing our part, which is why we are taking the following steps:

  • Everyone in our team is now 100% mobile and accessible for all of your real estate needs
  • Shortening our office hours from 9-5 Monday through Friday and closing on Saturdays and Sundays
  • Canceling all open houses effective immediately to respect both homeowners and the general public

Each of these steps falls in line with the recommendations made by health authorities around the importance of social distancing and self-monitoring.

Our entire team will continue to work and are committed to serving you and your needs in a safe and professional manner and are readily available to take calls and emails. Activity behind-the-scenes is still going on with new properties both being listed and sold.

The Cayman Islands have taken aggressive precautionary measures very quickly, so we will come out of this crisis as strong as we went into it. The opportunities that we have here have not gone away. They have only been paused and after this crisis passes, our growth and prosperity will continue, stronger than ever.

Over the last decade, we have all been moving extremely fast. Now we have been given pause to reflect on what’s most important to each of us and how we treat each other as we move forward.

We wish you and your family continued health and safety.

We are in this together. We will get through this together.
