It also allows us to set the house up so that people can come through and take their time so they can get a feel for the property. An open house allows for many people to visit the home and to get familiar with the surroundings. As well as the opportunity to meet individuals that are interested in this sort of market, price of the home or the area the property is in and this way we can follow up and hopefully match the person to the right property.
