Luxury Accommodations in Seven Mile Beach

Resort development along Seven Mile Beach has some brand new and exciting resorts. Aqua, a luxury 10-story condominium complex is being developed on the southern end of Seven Mile Beach. Each of these 10 limited edition residences will open via a private elevator to a spacious floor plan with 360-degree ocean views, chef’s kitchen, four bedrooms, expansive indoor and outdoor entertaining areas. On-site security and five-star concierge service. Prices are expected to start in the US$3.5 million pre-sale range.

Plans are well advanced for a new, contemporary, well known five-star international luxury branded hotel and resort for Pageant Beach, located at the southern end of Seven Mile Beach. This ultra-upscale 350 suite, 10 story development will feature stunning views of the cruise ships and picturesque George Town. The property has extensive resort facilities and amenities. Studios, one, two, and three-bedroom Penthouses are being pre-sold from US$600,000 to a US$5 million price range. Construction begins in early 2018.

About half a mile south of the Pageant Beach site, in another prime location, just as you enter George Town, will be a 60 suite boutique hotel and residences. This five-storey hotel with restaurant and café, gym, spa, pool and swim-up bar, has a sandy cove and views of George Town harbour. The suites will be sold with owners getting two weeks of use and a share of the rental income.

Stone Island, a new resort residential development of luxurious, elegant homes features an unprecedented lifestyle. Positioned around the edge of a peninsula and located within the prestigious Yacht Club neighbourhood, it will offer unparalleled community amenities, privacy and security, and 4,500 square foot residences – all on the waterfront. Facilities include an expansive infinity-edge pool and cabana, park area, tennis court, dock encircling the ‘island’, amenity building with private screening room, conservatory, wine storage, children’s play area, and much more. Three models are now open and pre-sales have started from US$1,950,000.

Further up the coastline in West Bay, 12 stunning seafront condominiums are being built. Each of the Lighthouse Point Residences will have a huge sea frontage, nine-foot sliding glass doors, and feature a striking contemporary design. This is set within a green LEED building accommodating energy efficiency, and renewable energy sources. One bedroom from US$498,000 and three bedrooms from US$999,000 are now pre-selling.

Looking ahead There are other developments being planned, although still in the early stages. Plans are in the works for an Arnold Palmer golf community in the eastern district of Grand Cayman. It would feature a town centre anchoring an 18-hole golf course with lots, villas, and residences initially planned. Additionally, a new five-star luxury Seven Mile Beach hotel is planned by Dart, who recently completed the Kimpton Seafire resort.

There are precious few places left in this world where you can peacefully visit and reside, just an hour from the United States. Not only are you safe in the Cayman Islands, but your investment is safe, as well. The lifestyle here is relaxing, upbeat, very enjoyable, and getting even better. You have just found the other side of the fence, where the grass is greener.
