Mabel’s passion for real estate is evident having been an Executive Assistant with the Bovell Team for 18 years. Helping people realize their dreams is her favourite thing about working in this industry. From finding the perfect home for a family to grow into to locating a dream vacation home that generations of family members can create memories in to selling a property and unearthing the ideal new home are all aspects Mabel truly loves about real estate.
“As a member of the Bovell Team since 2003, Mabel has become an integral part of almost every single real estate transaction over the last 18 years,” added James Bovell. “Her customer service skills are stellar and her transition into a Sale Associate position is long overdue and will be undoubtedly seamless. Mabel’s knowledge, dedication and joy are infectious. I have no doubt that Mabel will excel as a Sale Associate.”
“I’ve spent the last three decades living in the Cayman Islands and raising a family of three daughters with my husband and know that the Cayman Islands are a truly wonderful place to live,” added Mabel. “Half of my work life has been in the hospitality industry, so I know what it takes to provide excellent customer service and that is what I always strive for with every customer at the Bovell Team. Mabel will be working in all aspects of both buying and selling but will specialize in managing first time buyers and new buyers to the Cayman real estate market.

Amanda Nicholls has joined the Bovell Team as our new Executive Assistant. Amanda has more than 25 years working in customer service and administrative roles including more than 7 years in the real estate industry. Amanda was most recently the manager at Caribbean Producer Services which specialized in underwater photography and videography. As a PADI open water scuba instructor, Amanda is passionate about the environment here in Cayman and volunteers with the Department of Environment and the Stony Coral Tissue Loss Disease project.
