Stratas cover maintenance of a complex such as a condo, as well as the gardening, insurance and things in the common areas. This generally comes at a fee to every owner and the cost is split between all the owners. We also have the Homeowners Association which is primarily for residences and gated communities. This generally covers street lights, roads, gates, security guards, docks, etc.
